Returns
If you would like to return your merchandise for any reason please follow these policies.
All returns must be pre-authorized by us. Please go to the Return Authorization page of our website to get a (RA) Return Authorization number.
All returns must be received by us within 30 days of the original purchase date (check your invoice for the original purchase date).
All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition, and in the manufacturer's original package or box. No undergarments will be accepted for exchange or return.
All manufacturer printed materials such as manuals, clothing tags and decals, originally sent with your purchased item must be returned with your merchandise.
All merchandise being returned must have a Return Authorization (RA) number must be clearly printed on a piece of paper placed inside your returned package.
Closeout and/or Special Order items will not be accepted for exchange or return.
Custom designed graphics will not be accepted unless there is a defect or misprint.
Please follow the policies above, returns received not meeting the policies above will be not be eligible for credit or exchange and will be returned to the sender.
